Florence Nightingale has remained a symbol of the nursing profession and humanitarian work. She is commemorated in this award-winning museum for her work in the Crimea and her creation of the first modern nurse training school. Evocative displays include a recreated ward scene and a twenty minute audio-visual presentation.
